Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based at our Navi Mumbai office. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role involves managing customer communications, addressing complaints, and ensuring their concerns are handled professionally and efficiently. You will serve as a key point of contact, facilitating an excellent customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve client issues effectively.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and ensure a positive Customer Experience.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills to handle various customer scenarios.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing customer concerns.
- Previous experience in logistics or LCL consolidation is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools is advantageous.
