Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer experiences. The position also includes actively engaging with customers to build strong relationships, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in creating positive Customer Experiences and maintaining customer-focused interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service roles preferred but not mandatory
