Role Description
The Inbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a timely manner. They will act as the first point of contact for customers, offering professional support through various communication channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and improve the customer experience while meeting service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction practices
- Experience in Customer Support and handling Customer Service Representatives
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
