Job Title: Arabic Language Specialist / Arabic Support Executive
Location: India (Location can be discussed)
Industry: BPO / Customer Support
Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with Arabic proficiency can also apply)
Job Description:
We are looking for Arabic language professionals who are fluent in Arabic and interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for providing language support, handling client communication, and assisting in business operations that require Arabic language expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients/customers via calls, emails, or chat
• Translate documents or information from Arabic to English and vice versa
• Provide customer support and resolve queries in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or certification in Arabic language
• Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Translation roles is an added advantage
