About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for understanding customer queries and responding effectively via chat, ensuring all concerns are addressed with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, ensuring high-quality resolution.
- Update account information and perform general account maintenance as per customer requests.
- Identify and understand customer needs, including latent requirements, and promote relevant products or services where appropriate.
- Guide customers to relevant sections of the client’s website for additional information, when required.
- Maintain a high standard of communication, demonstrating politeness, clarity, and professionalism.
- Meet defined SLAs and quality benchmarks while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality, information security, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate (Freshers are eligible to apply).
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Good multitasking, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
