Job Description: We are hiring International Voice Process Associates to handle customer interactions for international clients. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through voice support.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Must be willing to work from the office in Bangalore
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Ability to handle international customer calls professionally
Eligibility:
- BE / BTech / BSc graduates and Postgraduates are not eligible to apply
- Undregraduates can also apply
