Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing effective customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers via various communication channels, understanding their needs, and delivering consistent and quality assistance. The representative will also work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and build rapport effectively
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services or insurance sector is advantageous
- A positive attitude with a focus on achieving superior customer service quality
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational qualifications are preferred
