About The Role
This position is remote and aligns to European timezone. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Recruitroo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and support. Your role involves assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding new users through onboarding processes, and advocating for customer needs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our services. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, empathetic listener, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
Salary is 1500-2000 USD per month.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven industries.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, with a clear, friendly, and professional communication style.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve product-related issues effectively.
- Experience using support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRTech solutions, or recruitment processes.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or web-based product functionalities.
- Previous experience working remotely or within asynchronous teams across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Diagnose technical problems and guide users through solutions with patience and clarity.
- Onboarding & Education: Assist new users during platform setup, onboarding procedures, and initial training. Develop and update comprehensive knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and help documentation to empower users and facilitate self-service support.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify common challenges and feature requests. Communicate insights to product and engineering teams to influence ongoing improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer in team discussions and strategic planning.
- Account Management Assistance: Support the account management team by conducting usage checks, sending renewal reminders, and proactively reaching out to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges, needs, and expectations. Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to product enhancements.
