About The Role
This position is remote and aligns to European timezone. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Recruitroo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our platform. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with onboarding processes. You will act as an advocate for our users, capturing feedback to help enhance our product offerings and support strategies. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven sectors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, with experience diagnosing and resolving product-related issues efficiently. Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is required. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment is crucial. Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRTech, recruitment processes, and basic knowledge of APIs and web integrations. Experience working remotely or within asynchronous teams across different time zones will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Diagnose problems related to platform usage and provide empathetic, effective solutions.
- Onboarding & Education: Guide new users through the onboarding process, including platform setup and initial configuration. Develop and update comprehensive help documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to empower users and reduce repetitive queries.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify recurring issues or feature requests. Communicate insights to product and engineering teams to influence future improvements. Represent the voice of the customer during team discussions and strategic planning.
- Account Management Assistance: Support the account management team by performing usage checks, sending renewal reminders, and conducting proactive outreach to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges, needs, and expectations. Collaborate on initiatives to improve the overall user experience and platform performance.
