About The Role
This position is remote and aligns to European timezone.
Salary is 1500-2000 USD per month
As a
Remote Customer Service Representative at Recruitroo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their experience with our platform. Your role is vital in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, empathetic assistance. Qualifications
Must-Have:
- At least 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a friendly, professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRTech solutions, or recruitment processes.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or web-based product functionalities.
- Previous experience working remotely within asynchronous teams across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls within established SLAs. Diagnose issues related to platform usage and provide empathetic, effective solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Onboarding & Education: Guide new users through the initial setup process, ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and help documentation to assist users in self-service support.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify recurring issues, feature requests, and areas for improvement. Communicate insights to product and engineering teams to influence future development and enhancements.
- Account Management Assistance: Support the account management team with usage checks, renewal reminders, and proactive outreach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges, needs, and expectations. Collaborate to improve overall customer experience and platform functionality.
