About The Role
This position is remote and aligns to European timezone.
Salary is 1500-2000 USD per month
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Recruitroo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their journey. Your role is vital in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by addressing inquiries promptly, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through our platform’s features. You will act as an advocate for our clients, providing valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams to enhance the user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will directly impact our clients’ success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- At least 2 years of customer support experience, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Experience using support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service in a remote setting.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRTech solutions, or recruitment workflows.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or web-based products.
- Previous remote work experience or familiarity with asynchronous communication across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls within established SLAs. Diagnose and resolve technical and usage issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Onboarding & Education: Guide new users through platform setup, onboarding processes, and feature utilization. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and help documentation to facilitate self-service support.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and analyze user feedback, report recurring issues, and suggest improvements to the product team. Act as a voice of the customer during team meetings and planning sessions to ensure client needs are prioritized.
- Account Management Assistance: Support the account management team by conducting usage checks, sending renewal reminders, and proactively reaching out to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate customer challenges, feature requests, and expectations, helping shape future product developments.
