About The Role
This position is remote and aligns to European timezone. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Recruitroo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our platform. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting users during onboarding. You will act as an advocate for the customer within our organization, providing valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams to enhance user experience. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a blend of technical support skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with a professional, friendly, and clear communication style. Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to diagnose issues effectively, and multitasking capabilities in a remote setting. Familiarity with recruitment processes, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or HRTech platforms is a plus, as is basic knowledge of APIs and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support within established SLAs. Diagnose and resolve product-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Onboarding & Education: Guide new users through platform setup and onboarding procedures. Develop and update knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and help documentation to facilitate self-service support.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and analyze user feedback, communicating insights to product and engineering teams. Act as the voice of the customer during team discussions, advocating for improvements that enhance user satisfaction.
- Account Management Assistance: Support the account management team by conducting usage checks, sending renewal reminders, and proactively reaching out to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges, needs, and expectations, contributing to product development and service enhancement initiatives.
