About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with Recruitroo. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with onboarding, and advocating for customer needs to inform product development. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and customer satisfaction. The role is fully remote, aligning with European time zones, and offers a competitive salary ranging from 1500 to 2000 USD per month.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in customer support, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues effectively and guide customers toward solutions. Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk is highly desirable. The ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote setting is crucial. Additional valuable qualities include experience working with cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships proactively.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Diagnose and resolve product-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Onboarding & Education: Guide new users through the platform setup process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Develop and update help documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base content to empower users and facilitate self-service support.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify common issues or feature requests. Communicate insights to product and engineering teams to enhance the platform continuously. Represent the voice of the customer in team meetings and strategic planning.
- Account Management Assistance: Support the account management team by conducting usage checks, sending renewal reminders, and proactively reaching out to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges, needs, and expectations. Collaborate on solutions to improve the overall user experience and product offerings.
