About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic remote team. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer support and operational coordination within the automotive and logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, scheduling appointments, and supporting operational workflows to ensure a smooth customer journey. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of relevant experience and skills, including:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support roles.
- Previous remote work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Additional language skills such as Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, or Portuguese are advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as HelpScout, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, live chat platforms, or inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-evolving startup environment.
- A professional remote workspace with reliable internet, appropriate seating, and suitable lighting for KIOSK interactions.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Support & Communication
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Managing customer onboarding and vehicle collection processes through KIOSK systems.
- Providing high-quality support while resolving customer issues empathetically and efficiently.
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing servicing and vehicle collection appointments.
- Conducting verification checks for new customer accounts.
Operations & Coordination
- Handling vehicle returns, account checks, and identifying outstanding dues or debtors.
- Monitoring vehicle availability and proactively addressing supply-demand gaps.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer concerns.
- Managing operational cases such as accidents, theft, and vehicle breakdowns in line with service level agreements.
- Supporting administrative tasks and operational workflows as needed to support business growth.
