About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote operations team for a rapidly growing company in the automotive and logistics sector. This role involves a blend of customer interaction, administrative coordination, and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, solutions-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, coordinating scheduling and vehicle-related processes, and supporting operational workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles; remote work experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills such as Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, or Portuguese are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using tools like HelpScout, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, live chat platforms, or inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and empathy.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- A reliable remote work setup, including high-speed internet, appropriate seating, and proper lighting for KIOSK interactions.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Manage customer onboarding processes and vehicle collection procedures through KIOSK systems.
- Provide high-quality support by resolving customer issues efficiently, empathetically, and with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage servicing and vehicle collection appointments, ensuring timely communication with customers.
- Conduct verification checks for new users to maintain security and compliance standards.
Operations & Coordination
- Handle vehicle returns, account audits, and identify outstanding dues or debtors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor vehicle availability and proactively identify gaps between supply and demand.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer concerns and operational issues.
- Manage high-priority cases such as accidents, theft, or vehicle breakdowns, adhering to service level agreements.
- Support operational workflows and administrative tasks as the business scales and evolves.
