About The Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Associate – CSR Team in Bangalore, India. This role is integral to our customer support and sales functions, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat support, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales initiatives. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in international voice processes or related customer support roles. Strong relationship management skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with customers and US-based stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing demands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, with proficiency in English at all levels of interaction. Candidates should be well-versed with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and optionally Access. Attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are critical. Flexibility to work night shifts is mandatory to cater to international clients and ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from B2B customers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and support sales efforts.
- Handle customer queries through chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
