About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team remotely from anywhere in India. This role involves managing customer interactions via web chat, email, and social media channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by troubleshooting issues, providing accurate information, and escalating complex problems when necessary. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for customer care and have a minimum of four years of relevant experience in customer service. Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory, along with excellent typing skills to handle a high volume of tickets efficiently. Candidates must be flexible with work hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the demands of a global client base. A positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and a quick learning curve are essential traits. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, and prior experience in a similar customer support environment will be a distinct advantage. Candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC with at least a 15.6-inch screen and stable internet access to perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries across multiple channels such as web chat, emails, and social media, adhering to company procedures and standards.
- Identify and escalate priority issues promptly to the Team Leader and Operations team for swift resolution.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain professionalism and politeness in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Probe and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and satisfactory solutions.
- Adhere to shift schedules and internal policies, procedures, and processes diligently.
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators such as ticket response times, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues appropriately, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively.
- Maintain a flexible approach to work hours, including potential overtime, to meet client requirements.
