About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team remotely from anywhere in India. This role involves managing customer interactions via web chat, email, and social media channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries. Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries across multiple channels including web chat, emails, and social media, adhering to company procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues promptly to the Team Leader and Operations Team for resolution.
- Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, providing accurate solutions or guidance to resolve their concerns.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators related to response time, ticket resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules and internal policies, maintaining punctuality and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet collective goals and improve overall service standards.
