About The Role
This position is remote and aligns to European timezone. Salary is 1500-2000 USD per month.
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Recruitroo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our platform. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through onboarding processes. Your role involves acting as an advocate for our customers, collecting feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven companies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Proven ability to diagnose issues accurately and guide customers through effective solutions.
- Experience with support ticketing and live chat tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRTech solutions, or recruitment workflows.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or web-based product functionalities.
- Experience working remotely or within asynchronous teams across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed service levels. Diagnose technical problems related to the platform and provide clear, empathetic guidance to users.
- Onboarding & Education: Assist new users during their initial setup and onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize all platform features effectively. Create and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and help documentation to facilitate self-service support.
- Customer Advocacy: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify common challenges and feature requests. Communicate these insights to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Represent the voice of the customer during team discussions and planning sessions.
- Account Management Assistance: Support the account management team by conducting usage checks, sending renewal reminders, and proactively reaching out to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges, needs, and expectations, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer success and product development.
