About The Role
The Customer Service Agent role at Excevo is a remote position designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer care through digital communication channels. As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries via web chat, email, and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses that meet the company’s quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. The role is full-time, with shifts scheduled between 7 am and 10 pm UK time, including weekends and public holidays, providing candidates the chance to work flexible hours based on client needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a genuine passion for customer service and demonstrate the following qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or online environment.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to respond to at least 12 tickets per hour.
- Good technical skills, including familiarity with web chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
- Must have a reliable laptop or PC with a minimum 15-inch screen and stable internet access.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Agent at Excevo will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via web chat, email, and social media platforms, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and escalate priority or complex issues to the Team Leader or Operations team for further resolution.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the designated systems.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance service quality.
- Adhere strictly to assigned shift schedules and work hours, demonstrating flexibility when required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support a positive team environment.
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
