About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, engaging with them via chat and email to resolve queries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your goal will be to convert customer interactions into positive experiences, fostering loyalty and turning customers into passionate advocates for our brand. This position requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or related fields
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Graduation is not mandatory; however, candidates with higher education qualifications are preferred
- BE/BTECH/POSTGRADUATE freshers are not eligible to apply

- Providing accurate and comprehensive answers related to products, pricing, and availability
