Summary
Inbound Chat & Voice Representatives handle customer interactions via chat and inbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving concerns, and driving sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and live chats efficiently and professionally.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to qualify leads and promote products/services.
- Respond to multiple chats and calls simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, and promotions.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in real-time.
- Upsell and cross-sell services/products during interactions.
- Process orders, confirm details, and arrange deliveries where applicable.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM/database systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance (Sales Tracker / Interaction Logs).
- Be open to feedback, coaching, and continuous performance improvement.
- Adapt quickly to process updates and changes.
We expect you to:
- Flexible with working hours (mandatory)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and email systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask (handle multiple chats and emails simultaneously)
- Professional attitude with strong ownership in resolving customer queries
- Ability to think quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with experience in collaborative work environments to deliver excellent customer experience
Qualification Required
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must have good spoken and written English communication skills
