Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include providing top-tier customer support, addressing inquiries about services, assisting students and families with their concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction by resolving client queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Experience in managing inquiries effectively and maintaining positive interactions with customers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience in the education or consultancy sector is an added advantage
