Full-time / Internship (6 Months)
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service skills for handling inquiries and addressing concerns
- Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with booking systems and software tools
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a travel or customer service role is a plus
Requirements:
- Freshers with good communication skills
- 6 Days working and one rotational week off
- Rotational Shifts
- No Night shift for females
- Knowledge of international/domestic travel voice process
- Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
