Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing communication through various channels, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and providing exceptional support to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaboration with internal departments to address client needs is also a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in improving Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of client engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or customer support platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is advantageous.
- Graduation is required.
