Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR) Operations Support with a global logistics organization.
This role offers excellent exposure to customer service, logistics operations, order management, and global business processes while supporting international operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and support operational requests
- Assist with order management and operational updates in internal systems
- Support billing verification and order closure activities
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and SOPs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Required Skills:
- Strong English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Shift Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts
- Night shifts and weekend shifts are mandatory as part of the 24/7 support model
