Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager will handle customer queries and requests at Detailing Bull through phone calls, email, live chat, and social media channels. The primary responsibility is to manage and resolve customer issues, assist with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the customer journey.
This role requires a combination of technical knowledge of automotive products and services, along with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing Customer Inquiries
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, live chat, and social media in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Provide information on services such as maintenance schedules, recall notices, and after-sales support.
2. Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently and in line with company guidelines.
- Assist customers in scheduling maintenance appointments.
- Handle service-related inquiries such as bookings, availability, and warranty claims.
3. Building Strong Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships by following up and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about new offerings, promotions, and updates.
- Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs.
4. Call Handling
- Professionally handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups when required.
- Ensure all interactions are courteous, solution-oriented, and aligned with company standards.
- Address urgent or escalated concerns promptly.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams while keeping customers informed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer experience.
6. Customer Feedback & Insights
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels.
- Identify trends and suggest improvements in processes or services.
- Track customer satisfaction metrics to improve retention and loyalty.
7. Product & Service Advisory
- Guide customers on vehicle features, upgrades, and service packages.
8. Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and secure handling of customer data.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Customer-first approach with empathy and patience
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle customer calls and live interactions effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
