We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure smooth communication, and handle documentation efficiently to deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams
• Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems
• Prepare and manage client documentation (contracts, reports, agreements)
• Ensure proper documentation of all client interactions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Attention to detail for documentation work
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple clients
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any field (preferred)
• Experience in documentation or administrative work is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and professional attitude
