Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Kolkata for both voice and non-voice process. The Customer Service Representative will handle a variety of tasks, including resolving customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires delivering outstanding service to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer inquiries effectively
- Strong focus on delivering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer needs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in a customer service or related role preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required
- A degree in a related field is a plus
- Voice or non-voice will be dependent upon scores and Interview
