- Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of customer support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic CRM knowledge (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Self-discipline to thrive in a remote environment
