Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in New Delhi. The role involves addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits to ensure a seamless service experience. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, managing service requests, providing detailed information on services, and maintaining records of interactions. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in upholding high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive resolution to all customer issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving inquiries efficiently
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay empathetic, patient, and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus
