Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida Sec 78 for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule. Daily tasks include following up on leads, managing calendars, and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and client outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Excellent English Speaking & Writing
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Whatsapp API
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
