🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Agent (Remote)
Binary Geckos is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the key link between customers, pharmacy partners, fulfilment teams, and internal operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You'll be responsible for managing customer queries, handling escalations, coordinating order fulfilment, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities during client-aligned night shifts.

⏰ Shifts
• 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (6:30 PM IST - 2:30 PM IST)
• 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST
• 6 Days per Week
Candidates must be comfortable working these hours.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer queries and escalations across multiple channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate daily order flows between customers, pharmacy partners, and fulfilment teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve fulfilment delays, missing documentation, and operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, and case updates across Shopify, EHR platforms, CRMs, and internal trackers.
• Monitor response times, follow-ups, and operational KPIs while keeping documentation organised.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and ensure detailed shift handovers for smooth team collaboration.
✅ Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, Order Fulfillment, E-commerce, or Healthcare Support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with CRM/Helpdesk tools, EHR platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, Emails and slack.
• Ability to work client-aligned night shifts.
• Reliable laptop, high-speed internet connection, and backup arrangements for uninterrupted remote work.
