🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Agent (Remote)
We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and prior customer service experience, we’d love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Remote
💼 Job Type: Full-time
⏰ Shifts
• 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST
6 Days per week
Candidates must be comfortable working these hours.
💼 Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide clear and solution-oriented responses
• Ensure tickets are addressed within SLA timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and follow processes
✅ Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service/support (mandatory)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop
