About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will address customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is crucial, as is following up on unresolved issues to ensure complete resolution. You will also document customer interactions accurately in the system and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary. Your role will also involve contributing to process improvements by sharing feedback and insights gained from customer interactions.

NetRTech Solutions LLP offers a competitive salary package with a starting CTC of INR 26,000 per month, which can go up to INR 38,000 per month based on experience and performance. All employees working more than 40 hours per week during night shifts will receive additional allowances.
