Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Bengaluru showroom team.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth customer follow-ups, order coordination, and internal communication, enabling the sales team to focus on conversions and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
🗂 Sales & Customer Coordination
- Manage customer follow-ups for enquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions
- Ensure timely response to all leads, walk-ins, and customer queries
- Coordinate with customers for quotations, design discussions, order confirmations, payments, etc
📦 Order Management
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery
- Coordinate with production, design, logistics, etc
- Ensure timely updates to customers on order status
📊 CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM entries for all leads and customers
- Track: enquiries, follow-ups, conversions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Store Manager
💬 Internal Coordination
- Work closely with showroom sales team to ensure no missed follow-ups
- Coordinate with HO teams (design, production, accounts)
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
🛠Documentation & Support
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Maintain product, pricing, and client records
- Support in documentation for architects, designers, and B2B clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in sales coordination / customer handling
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously

- Timeliness of customer follow-ups
- CRM accuracy and completeness
- Order tracking accuracy and updates
- Response time to customer queries
- Support to sales team in improving conversions
Work Conditions
- Full-time, on-site role at Bengaluru showroom
- 6-day work week (with weekly off)
- Requires coordination across teams and occasional extended hours during peak periods
