Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, handling complaints professionally, and providing timely resolutions. The representative will act as a point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English and/or Hindi
  • Customer resolution skills, problem-solving, and customer relationship management abilities
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and MS Office
  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of Telecom and Banking industry processes is an advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required
