Role Description
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer interactions, providing outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships. The role includes managing inbound and outbound communications, monitoring customer feedback, and improving customer experience through effective problem-solving and communication. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high standards of Customer Care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints with professionalism
- Multitasking and time management capabilities to handle a dynamic work environment effectively
- Proficiency in using customer support tools, software, and CRM systems
- Previous experience in BPO or customer-centric industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory with relevant experience
