Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
⭐ Mandatory Requirement: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required for this role. ⭐
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling customer interactions, providing excellent support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while assisting with basic warehouse inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities📞 Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product or service information.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, process orders, or check customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Update customer records and call logs in the system.
📦 Warehouse Inventory Management
- Oversee stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track and monitor incoming and outgoing goods to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock is ordered and replenished as needed.
- Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies or low stock levels.
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces for easy access to products.
What We're Looking For
- ✅ Fluency in Arabic and English (Mandatory).
- Experience handling customer calls (inbound or outbound).
- Basic understanding of warehouse inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (CRM, Microsoft Office).
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or warehouse management is a plus.
