Handle customer queries effectively through calls, emails, or chats
Provide accurate travel or reservation assistance using Amadeus or Galileo (hands-on GDS experience is an advantage)

🎓 Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream / Hotel Management / Aviation diploma
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
