Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Representative with 0-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer support over phone, email, or chat, addressing client inquiries efficiently, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction. Team members will assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of communication. The role also includes escalating complex problems to relevant departments and contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
- Customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
- Basic computer literacy, proficiency in using CRM systems, and familiarity with documentation tools
- An ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with attention to detail
- Adaptability to learn quickly, stay organized, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in customer support roles is an advantage
