Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing service concerns, and providing accurate information or solutions regarding Medusind’s offerings. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain a high standard of Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and additional language proficiency is a plus
- Basic computer and software literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred
