Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively. Daily responsibilities include managing incoming customer communications, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient solutions and meet service goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer-focused skills such as Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Understanding of Customer Experience and a strong ability to maintain high client engagement and satisfaction
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site setting
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not mandatory (0-2 years of experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage
