At Delulu | iShots Beverages Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for handling customer 360 degree interaction.
You’ll work closely with the Digital and Operations teams to ensure an amazing customer journey.
👤 Who You Are
- 2–4 years of hands-on Customer Service Experience, Graduate with D2C/FMCG experience Preferred
- Strong Communication Skills, Oral and Written (English and Hindi)
- Customer First Mindset, Ability to handle Customer Complaints and Close-loop/Upsell Cross Sell effectively
- Familiarity with standard tools: Whatsapp for Business, Shopify, Mail Chimp, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Interakt etc.
🎯 What You’ll Own
- Day-to-day management of all Customer Queries for Order Processing, General Enquiries on Email, Whatsapp and Calls
- Support Socials Customer Communication — Instagram/Meta/YouTube DMs, Comments & Customer Conversations (escalations over and above automated responses)
- Drive Outbound Email and Whatsapp Campaign to build awareness and sales
