Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service & Pricing Executive based in the Pune District. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the pricing process. The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence and competitive pricing strategies. They will also assist in creating and managing quotes for customers while ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Service Management and maintaining fruitful client relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate diverse customer needs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and proficiency in managing documentation
- Familiarity with freight forwarding or logistics industries is an advantage
- Relevant bachelor's degree is preferred
