Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer - Inbound Voice, located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Officer will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and assist customers in resolving their issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, guiding customers through their queries, and maintaining an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to build strong rapport and effectively communicate with customers
- Expertise in Customer Service, including addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing tailored assistance
- Proficiency in Customer Support to ensure issues are managed and resolved within defined timeframes
- Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer and telephony system proficiency
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is advantageous
- Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency being a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English is a must.
- 24*7 Rotational shifts
- Full time office Role.
