Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer for Personal Loans based in Tata Capital's Nagpur division. The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The role also involves offering guidance and assistance to customers to enhance their overall experience and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation in any stream
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowing market DSA and Connector of Personal Loans
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and communicate effectively.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and create outstanding Customer Experience.
  • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills to manage customer relations seamlessly.
  • Proficient in using customer management systems and basic office software.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
