Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Officer role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing support for products or services, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role involves fostering customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong professional communication with clients.

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively address and resolve inquiries
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for building positive client relationships
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and on-site environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in spoken and written communication in relevant languages
- Experience in the customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory
