Client Service - Manager - 4-5 years experience
🤝 Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients
Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, budgets, and expectations
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular status updates
Manage client expectations and handle feedback or escalations
📝 Briefing & Coordination
Convert client requirements into clear event briefs for internal teams
Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams
Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational feasibility
Planning & execution support throughout event
Assist in preparing proposals, cost estimates, and budgets
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and referrals
Collect post-event feedback and present reports
Conduct post-event reviews with clients

Qualifications :
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Client Service Management, and Customer Support to enhance service delivery and build lasting client relationships.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and teams, along with the ability to address concerns and deliver resolutions clearly and promptly.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and promoting collaboration.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in event management or experiential marketing is an advantage.
