Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Customer Service Manager. The role involves leading the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and complaints, managing customer satisfaction strategies, overseeing the team’s progress, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality. The Customer Service Manager will also act as the bridge between customers and other teams to enhance service delivery and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Experience with SHOPIFY, UNICOMMERCE AND SHIPROCKET IS REQUIRED.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in handling CRM systems and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is highly preferred
